1. What is a Replenishment Flow & Who Needs It?

A replenishment flow is an automated email (or SMS) sequence that reminds customers to reorder products they’re likely to run out of.
This works exceptionally well for:

3. Don’t Be Stingy with Discounts

Unlike new customer acquisition, this is pure profit—you’re not spending on ads to get these customers back.
➡ Offer an exclusive loyalty discount to incentivize reordering
➡ Consider bundling to increase AOV (e.g., “Get 2 and save 15%”)
➡ Highlight urgency: “Stock running low? Don’t get caught without it!”
